When will I receive my order?

Shipments are usually sent the same day and take about 1 week to arrive once the order has been paid except for pre-orders.

NB: due to the Covid-19 pandemic, postal delays may be significantly extended.

For deliveries in France, as soon as your order is sent, we give you a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery status from the Colissimo website or from the Courrier Suivi website. Please note that there may be a certain delay (generally no more than 24 hours) between the moment we give you the tracking number and the moment when tracking is actually possible from the Colissimo or Courrier Suivi website.

If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of making the purchase, please contact us so that we can find a solution to your problem.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return the item in its original packaging. Once we have received the item, we will proceed with a full refund of your purchase.

What if I am not satisfied?

Your satisfaction is our first concern. If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us by email at hello@magicabra.com with your order number and the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

What are the means of payment?

Payments are made via the secure Paypal platform which accepts most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, American Express, etc).

Your data is stored securely on our servers. They are and will never be communicated to third parties. Your data is used to deliver your orders and to keep you informed of new products and news around this site and its author Daniel Rhod.
